We are well-versed in New York’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR), and understand the complexities of land use, zoning, planning, and real estate entitlement processes.
Regulatory Coordination & Representation
ANS provides expert representation at Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Town Board meetings. We have extensive experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies — including NYSDEC, USACE, USFWS, NYSPSC, APA, EPA, SHPO, and NYSDOT — to streamline the permitting process and ensure full regulatory compliance.
Construction Administration & Observation
ANS provides construction-phase services including project observation, contractor coordination, and document review. We ensure the approved plans are implemented properly — maintaining quality, compliance, and cost control.
