Nearly two years ago, Sacchi Patel joined ANS, formerly ANS Geo, with a clear mission: build the people infrastructure needed for a growing company.
Building from the ground up.
Sacchi stepped into the organization as a People Operations leader focused on creating scalable systems across hiring, onboarding, benefits, and manager support. But what he ultimately built went far beyond systems and processes. He helped shape the human foundation of ANS during one of the most transformative periods in the company’s history.
To understand Sacchi’s impact, it helps to understand where he came from.
Long before joining ANS, Sacchi’s journey was rooted in resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering belief in people. As the son of immigrant parents, he learned early what it meant to work hard, embrace change, and create opportunities through service and connection. Throughout his career, he built a reputation as a leader who could balance operational excellence with genuine care for people. He became known as someone equally comfortable designing strategy and sitting beside an employee navigating uncertainty. Those qualities would quickly become the hallmark of his leadership at ANS.
A company transforms.
A little over a year into his role, ANS experienced extraordinary growth as three companies came together as one. In a period defined by rapid change, Sacchi led change management efforts while building systems that strengthened communication, alignment, and employee support across teams and offices. He helped unify systems, cultures, benefits, payroll, wellness programs, and operational processes across the organization.
As the organization evolved, so did the scope of his leadership. Sacchi and his team launched a new learning and development platform to help colleagues grow alongside the company. He partnered cross-functionally with Marketing and IT to launch a state-of-the-art intranet that strengthened connectivity and communication across the organization. He also helped lead the migration and launch of a new human capital management software and implemented a modern talent acquisition platform designed to support the future growth of ANS.
The human side of transformation.
Through all of it, Sacchi and the People Operations team became the connective tissue holding the experience together.
At every stage of the transition, they were there, answering late-night calls, responding to Teams messages, walking staff through benefits questions, supporting managers through organizational changes, and ensuring that people felt seen and supported during moments of uncertainty. While transformation often happens behind spreadsheets, systems, and strategy decks, Sacchi never loses sight of the people experiencing that change in real time.
That’s the kind of leader Sacchi is.
What comes next.
As ANS has continued to grow, now surpassing 400 professionals, Sacchi has once again recognized what the organization needs next. Not just operational excellence, but intentional transformation. The future of work is changing rapidly, and Sacchi has helped position ANS to grow in a way that keeps people, culture, and development at the center of that evolution.
We are excited to announce that Sacchi Patel has been promoted to oversee workforce transformation at ANS.
This promotion reflects not only the work Sacchi has already done, but the future he is helping build.
In this role, Sacchi will continue leading learning and development, recruiting and employer brand strategy, culture activation across offices, and the long-term evolution of how ANS attracts, develops, and empowers its people. His leadership will continue shaping how ANS grows while ensuring the company remains deeply connected to the people who make that growth possible.
For those who have worked closely with Sacchi, the title may be new. But his impact on this organization, and the trust he has built across it, has been visible for quite some time.
